At Empathic Press, your satisfaction means everything to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

📦 Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products—many of which are made to order (print-on-demand books, journals, and merchandise)—we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or there was a mistake in the order (e.g., wrong item shipped).

🛠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please email us within 7 days of delivery at @empathicpress with the following:
• Your order number
• A clear photo of the damaged/incorrect item
• A short description of the issue

We will either send you a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund, depending on the situation and your preference.

📌 Non-Returnable Items
• Custom or personalized products
• Digital downloads (if applicable)
• Items purchased during sale or clearance promotions (unless damaged)

💳 Refunds

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Timing may vary depending on your payment provider.

📮 Shipping Costs

Return shipping (in cases where a return is approved) will be covered by Empathic Press if the product was defective or incorrect. Otherwise, shipping costs are non-refundable.
