Physical Products (Books, Journals, Notebooks, Planners, Clothing..)
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll offer a replacement or a refund.
- Order Issues: If you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 3 days, and we will correct the mistake at no additional cost.
- Exchanges & Returns: Since all items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size selection errors or buyer’s remorse. Please double-check your order details before purchasing.
- Lost Packages: If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please reach out, and we’ll investigate the issue with the shipping carrier.
Digital Products
- All sales are final for digital downloads. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept returns or provide refunds. However, if you experience any technical issues accessing your files, we’re happy to assist.
